Responsibilities:

Responsible for the whole Plant Controlling in Chongqing plant to ensure timely completion of monthly and yearly financial accounts according to IFRS
Responsible for all Plant related Controlling areas and identify the weakness, potential improvement and guidline business on right tracker, including material, inventory, Capex and OPEX controlling
Responsible for regional Business Units on all business topics e.g P/L result, Commercial analysis, Operative planning, monthly forecast and Capex Controlling
Take responsibility and assistance in accounting processes: AP/AR overdue tracking, Assets and tooling, Taxation, preparation of statutory audit
Tax compliance, local tax and state tax calculation and forecast on monthly, DTA calculation  Streamline customs and FICO process to align the export business
Local plant assets management including transferring , physical counting etc.
Leadership, guidance and development of the employees in local finance, accounting and controlling
Development and implementation of operating metrics and actions to improve key performance indicators, following up the local tax and SAFE regulation
Management and optimization of cash flow and accounts receivable

Qualifications:

6-8 years of working experience in controlling and FICO.
