About Your Company

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior / Finance Manager to join their team in PRC and play a crucial role in driving financial excellence within the organization. **Station in Guangdong Province is a MUST.** This position will focus on managing financial operations and ensuring compliance across our subsidiaries in Hong Kong, China, and beyond.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the timely preparation of comprehensive monthly financial and management reports.
  
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
  
• Develop and manage the budgeting process, including forecasting revenue and expenses.
  
• Monitor financial performance against budgets, identifying variances and proposing corrective actions.
  
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in Hong Kong, China, and other regions.
  
• Stay informed about changes in regulations and communicate these to relevant stakeholders.
  
• Collaborate with regional teams, external auditors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
  
• Manage taxation matters to optimize tax efficiency.
  
• Oversee treasury functions, including cash flow management and investment strategies.
  
• Identify opportunities for streamlining financial processes and implementing best practices.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  
• Qualified Accountant (HKICPA / HKSA / ACCA or equivalent).
  
• At least 10 years of working experience in which 5 years of relevant experience in a managerial finance role, ideally within property management, real estate leasing, or financial investment.
  
• Strong understanding of HK and PRC tax regulations; experience in international finance is advantageous.
  
• Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex financial problems and meet deadlines.
  
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel; familiarity with financial software is a plus.
  
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin), both written and spoken.
  
• Station in Guangdong Province is a MUST.
