About Your Company

Reporting to the business owner, this role champions the Finance & Accounting functions and the Operational Excellence of the Company. As a senior management team member, the Senior Finance Manager will lead the Company on the path to success through strategic financial leadership and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support corporate decision-making and drive business growth.
• Partner with the CEO to develop and execute strategic goals and overall objectives to ensure long-term financial sustainability.
• Identify and manage financial risks to protect the groups interests and maintain the stability of its financial status.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, forecasts, costings, audits, and budget plans.
• Design, review, and implement financial control policies and procedures.
• Improve operational costing and budgeting efficiency to identify areas for optimization and revenue growth.
• Lead and manage the groups financial teams to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Monitor and manage the cash flow, hedging, and loan positions of the Group to ensure stable liquidity for operational needs.
• Continuously develop and improve the financial management system and ERP system.
• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions regarding funding, transactional platforms, and compliance.
• Assist with any ad-hoc company projects as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant (CPA/ACCA/HKICPA) and a Degree Holder in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.
• Minimum 12-15 years of work experience in retail finance (including USA retail) or in the technology/consumer electronics product/manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, data migration, and commercial skills.
• Familiarity with HK, China, and USA accounting practices and tax issues.
• Experience in Thailand factory setup is an advantage.
• Ability to work under tight schedules with flexibility to adapt to changes in a dynamic environment.
• Hands-on, can-do attitude; willing to work under pressure and results-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Comprehensive expertise in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills; capable of gaining credibility at all organizational levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese are a must.
• Occasional travel to different offices is required.
