Lead the finance function for the Limerick manufacturing site, providing strategic financial leadership to support business performance, operational excellence, compliance, and long-term growth. Partner closely with Site Leadership, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, R&D, and Commercial teams to drive financial planning, decision support, productivity initiatives, capital investments, and inventory management. Own site financial performance across forecasts, budgets, month-end close, and business case evaluations while ensuring strong governance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary finance business partner to the Limerick Site Leadership Team, shaping strategic and operational decisions that drive growth, profitability, service, and supply reliability.
Lead and develop a high-performing finance organization, providing coaching, talent development, succession planning, and day-to-day leadership for direct and indirect reports.
Own site financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and month-end close processes, ensuring timely, accurate, and insightful analysis of key business drivers.
Drive productivity and cost optimization initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, logistics, and capital investments.
Provide financial leadership for capacity expansion, new product launches, network optimization, and major capital projects, including development of business cases and investment recommendations.
Partner with Operations and Supply Chain leaders to improve inventory performance, working capital efficiency, and manufacturing cost competitiveness.
Ensure a robust control environment through adherence to company policies, SOX requirements, and financial compliance standards.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging analytics, automation, and digital tools to simplify processes and enhance decision-making.
Translate complex financial data into clear insights and executive-level recommendations that influence business outcomes.
Foster strong cross-functional partnerships and support enterprise transformation initiatives impacting the site and broader Vision Supply Chain organization.
Requirements
Proven finance leadership experience within manufacturing, supply chain, or operations environments for 8+ years.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams while influencing senior stakeholders across functions.
Strong financial planning, business partnering, and operational finance expertise.
Track record of driving performance improvement, productivity, and strategic investment decisions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex issues and shape executive decisions.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
€85’000.00 - €146’050.00
