Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join our team and help drive the financial success of BizDev initiatives. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our new partnerships, contributing to business development efforts for new product and selection launches.
A successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for BizDev and finance. Someone who is capable of influencing business decisions through data-driven insights and clear communication. You will have the opportunity to create innovative processes and mechanisms to drive both top and bottom-line growth. You will partner with business teams to ensure new selection is growing within expectations. Key job responsibilities
• Collaborate with business unit to develop and refine the operating plan, with a focus on top-line growth strategies. Create and integrate a detailed bottom-up financial plan into the Weekly Business Review (WBR), ensuring alignment between granular operational insights and overall business objectives.
• Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting, including operational metrics
• Collaborate with business development teams to vet new business launches, creating financial models and trackers to measure their performance and potential.
• Develop and maintain financial frameworks to inform and measure investment decisions in new and existing licensees.
• Perform deep dive analyses to provide recommendations on profitability, revenue growth, and cost optimization initiatives
• Develop and implement a comprehensive business tracker to identify and monitor potential risks and opportunities for existing and new selection.
• Design and establish a streamlined process that effectively translates insights from this tracker into actionable strategies, ensuring timely and impactful decision-making across the organization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate financial insights into actionable strategies for business partners.

A day in the life
Your day begins with reviewing key performance indicators for new selection, ensuring accurate financial controllership. You'll work closely with experienced leaders, providing financial insights and addressing ad-hoc questions to understand business drivers. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to collaborating with the business development team, vetting potential new licenses and creating comprehensive financial trackers for newly launched products.

About the team
F2 finance develops finance professionals through shared team goals, mentor connections, and a focus on work life harmony. The successful candidate will get to work with other F2 and NA Stores product line controllers (consumables, hardlines, etc), leveraging best practices, and building out streamlined processes. Our team looks to build on each other’s’ work to enable more efficiency in routine tasks to free up more time for value-add business partnership (i.e. identifying the right negotiation points, or cost out opportunities).

Basic Qualifications


- 12+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 7+ years of directly managing and leading a team of 10+ members experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
- 8+ years of spearheading strategic cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable financial results and advance organizational objectives experience
- 8+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience

Preferred Qualifications

- 5+ years of hiring, leading and developing teams experience
- 8+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
- 5+ years of working with senior staff (e.g. c-suite) experience
- MBA, or CPA

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
