We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to help accelerate growth across Microsoft's AI Business Solutions portfolio, with a particular focus on Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI offerings in the Netherlands.

This is a highly commercial role operating at the intersection of Finance, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success. You will translate strategic priorities into execution by identifying growth opportunities, understanding customer adoption and business performance, and partnering closely with business leaders to drive results.

Success in this role comes from connecting customer needs, sales execution, and business performance. As a trusted advisor, you will turn insights into actions that help teams prioritize opportunities, accelerate customer value realization, and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is curious, proactive, and collaborative. They enjoy understanding how customers adopt and expand technology solutions, uncovering opportunities through data and business insight, and working across teams to drive impact.

Responsibilities

Drive Business Growth

• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance teams to accelerate growth across Microsoft's AI Business Solutions portfolio, with a focus on Copilot and AI-powered solutions.
• Develop insights into customer adoption, deployment, expansion, and revenue performance, owning the end-to-end analysis and recommendations that drive business outcomes.
• Translate business priorities into execution plans that help customers realize value faster and support growth objectives.

Connect Insights to Action

• Turn customer, operational, and financial data into actionable recommendations that inform decisions and drive measurable business impact.
• Connect the dots across customer trends, sales execution, product and business performance to identify growth opportunities and influence action.
• Communicate complex insights through clear storytelling that helps leaders prioritize actions, align stakeholders, and mobilize teams.

Influence and Scale

• Act as a trusted advisor by combining analytical rigor, technical/product knowledge commercial acumen, and sound business judgment.
• Collaborate across Finance, Sales, Operations, and regional teams to drive shared outcomes, scale successful approaches, and improve execution.
• Leverage data, AI, and emerging technologies to simplify processes, improve decision-making, and increase impact.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND solid demonstratable experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
  • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
    • OR equivalent experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND extensive post-graduate experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or Finance work experience
  • OR Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND solid post-graduate experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience
    • OR equivalent experience.
• Experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles.
• Proven experience in matrix-based organization.
• Proven work experience in the technology or software industry.

Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Netherlands is € 65,100.00 - € 129,500.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
