  • Support annual operating plan (AOP) development, target setting, and resource allocation across markets, balancing strategic ambition with operational realism
  • Prepare executive-ready materials and financial commentary for leadership reviews, highlighting key performance drivers, emerging risks, and required actions
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with commercial, supply chain, regulatory affairs, and shared service teams to resolve issues and improve financial outcomes
  • Leverage SAP, Microsoft tools, and emerging AI-enabled solutions to improve financial insight generation, reporting efficiency, and business decision support
  • Ensure strong financial governance and compliance by reviewing business cases, accruals, reserves, and key transactions in line with company policies and reporting standards

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with significant progressive experience of 10+ years in finance, financial planning, or business partnering, preferably within a multinational environment
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and management reporting
  • Proven ability to work across complex, multi-country business environments and influence stakeholders at senior levels
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into clear business insights and recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to prepare concise, executive-level messages and presentations
  • High level of confidence and effectiveness in communicating with senior leaders, with the ability to present financial messages clearly, credibly, and with appropriate executive presence
  • Strong capability with SAP, Microsoft tools, and enterprise financial reporting systems, with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to support analysis, reporting, and leadership communication
  • Agility in adopting AI tools and new digital solutions to improve analysis, productivity, reporting quality, and decision support

Experience in medical technology, highly matrixed organizations, or regional headquarters finance roles would be an advantage, as would exposure to business case evaluation, compliance-focused finance support, and cross-functional transformation initiatives.
