Requirements

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
• 
  Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, ICAN) is required.
• 
  Minimum of 6/7 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• 
  Proficiency in use of an ERP (Preferably Dynamics 365) is required.
• 
  Proven leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.
• 
  Strong understanding of financial systems and regulatory frameworks.
• 
  Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
