Overview
A Bursa-listed investment holding group specializing in packaging, manufacturing, and clean room services across healthcare, electronics, and industrial sectors. With over three decades of regional presence, it supports multinational clients through end-to-end solutions and supply chain integration.
Your Responsibilities

  • Corporate Development & Deal Structuring:
    Drive commercial and corporate initiatives for infrastructure projects, including financial proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal structuring.

  • Financial Reporting & Governance:
    Ensure timely month-end closings and accurate financial reporting to support performance tracking. Oversee quarterly reporting and submission of BOD/AC papers and audited financial statements to uphold governance standards.

  • Group Consolidation:
    Oversee the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with relevant accounting standards across subsidiaries.

  • Stakeholder Management:
    Liaise effectively with bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

  • Compliance & Standards:
    Maintain adherence to accounting standards, statutory obligations, and external regulations.

  • Team Leadership & Issue Resolution:
    Supervise Group Finance and subsidiary teams, providing guidance on daily financial matters and resolving operational challenges to uphold quality standards.

  • Performance Monitoring & Analysis:
    Develop and track KPIs related to cost, margin, and profitability. Analyze budget variances and recommend corrective actions.

  • Policy & Process Improvement:
    Review and enhance departmental policies, procedures, and Finance SOPs. Lead special projects as assigned by senior leadership.

Requirement

  • Education qualification: Degree holder, Professional accounting qualification is added advantage

  • Prefer candidates with audit work experience

  • Must be mandarin speaking

  • Familiar with consolidation and Bursa compliance
