The role

The Senior Finance Manager will lead and oversee the organization’s finance function, including Accounting, Treasury, and Finance teams. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role combines strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, effective cash and treasury management, and sound financial planning, while actively supporting the team in executing accounting and finance tasks.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Accounting, Treasury, and Finance teams, providing guidance, support, and performance management.

• Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and month-end/year-end closing.

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with local regulations and internal standards.

• Manage treasury operations, including cash flow monitoring, banking relationships, and liquidity planning.

• Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and management reports for internal stakeholders and the CFO.

• Participate in financial analysis, cost control initiatives, and business decision-making processes.

• Review and improve financial processes, policies, and controls to ensure efficiency and compliance.

• Actively contribute to hands-on accounting and finance tasks as needed, demonstrating leadership by example.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant is preferred.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation in the Philippines.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software and financial systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution and operational involvement.
