Job Description

The Finance Manager leads core controllership and financial planning activities, including the 3-Year Plan, annual budget, forecasts, financial analysis, and cash flow monitoring. The role ensures accurate, timely, and reliable financial information to support decision-making, while also driving compliance, data quality, and collaboration across finance functions.

Essential Responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial analysis to identify business trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead the preparation, monitoring, and forecasting of annual and multi-year budgets to support strategic planning.
• Prepare regular financial reports and insights for senior leadership to support performance tracking and decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with Accounting, Treasury, Accounts Receivable, Cost teams, international finance teams, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with legal, tax, corporate, quality, safety, environmental, and fiscal documentation requirements.
• Act as a leadership role model by developing the team and promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
• Solid experience in finance, controllership, FP&A, or related areas.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Collaborative, proactive, and effective in communication, with knowledge of internal quality standards and corporate procedures.
