About the Position

Title: Senior Finance Executive (FP&A)
Location: Vietnam (Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh)
Department: Finance
Reports to: Regional Finance Lead

Scope: Singapore Financial Operations + Group FP&A (SG, VN, MY, ID)

This position will directly manage end-to-end accounting operations for the Singapore entity (Billing, Invoicing, AR/AP, Bank Reconciliation, Vendor Review), while serving as the Group FP&A Specialist responsible for financial consolidation, cash flow forecasting, and SaaS KPI analytics across all regional markets.

What You Will Be Doing

1. Singapore Entity Financial Operations (Main Ownership)

  • Billing & Invoicing: Issue accurate Billing Invoices, e-Invoices, and credit notes for Singapore clients in a timely manner.

  • AR & Debt Collection: Track outstanding invoices, follow up on receivables, and manage collection performance to minimize DSO.

  • AP & Payments: Process vendor invoices, prepare payment Vouchers/Schedules, and ensure accurate AP allocation.

  • Cash & Bank: Perform weekly and monthly Bank Reconciliations for all Singapore bank accounts.

  • Vendor Oversight: Review monthly closing reports submitted by outsourced vendor to ensure accuracy and compliance.

2. Group FP&A & Regional Consolidation (VN, SG, MY, ID)

  • Consolidation: Review, consolidate, and align monthly financial packs, P&L, and balance sheet reports across all 4 countries.

  • SaaS & Commercial KPI Analytics: Track and consolidate group-level business metrics:

    • MRR / ARR (Monthly / Annual Recurring Revenue)

    • NRR / Net Retention Rate

    • Moon / Center Base Tracking

    • AR & Cash Collection Efficiency

  • Cash Flow & Forecasting: Build and maintain weekly operating cash flow models, rolling forecasts, and liquidity management plans for the group.

  • Management Reporting: Prepare standardized dashboards and ad-hoc financial models for the Regional Finance Lead and Board of Directors (BOD).

What We Are Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.

  • Certifications: ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualifications are highly preferred.

  • Experience: 3–5+ years of relevant experience handling hands-on Accounting (Billing, AR, AP, Bank Recon) alongside FP&A Management Reporting.

  • Technical Expertise:

    • Direct experience in issuing invoices, managing AR/AP, and performing bank reconciliations.

    • Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting.

    • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.

    • Experience working with Singapore accounting standards or regional entities is a strong plus.

  • Business Acumen: Understanding of SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, NRR, Churn).

  • Language: fluent English
