Job Description

Job Scope:

• Support Daily Finance Operations: Assist the Finance Manager with the departments daily activities.
• Maintain Full Set of Accounts: Handle all accounting tasks, including monthly and year-end closings.
• Prepare Financial Reports: Create financial statements, analysis, and periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Manage Accounts Payable: Ensure accurate and timely payment of all invoices.
• Handle Tax Reporting: Submit SST, Income Tax, and Withholding Tax (WHT) reports and payments within deadlines.
• Monitor Cash Flow: Track cash flow and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Intercompany Invoicing: Prepare and send intercompany invoices on time.
• Update Collections: Ensure timely updates of payments received in cashbooks and Accounts Receivable records.
• Coordinate Audits and Tax Filings: Work with auditors and tax agents for yearly audits and tax submissions.
• Review Staff Claims: Verify and process employee reimbursements monthly.
• Organize Records: Maintain up-to-date, well-organized document filing systems.
• Ad-Hoc Reporting: Prepare reports or handle special tasks as needed.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting & Finance or related field.
• At least 3-4 years of experience handling full set of account.
• Prior experience in tax reporting will be an added advantage.
• Fluent in English language.
• Self-driven and independent.
• Open to one year contract position.
