About the role:

You will join our finance team as a Senior Finance Business Partner supporting the Air product, playing a critical role in driving financial performance and enabling strategic decision-making. In this role, you will partner closely with senior stakeholders, providing financial insights, leading planning cycles, and shaping long-term strategy. You will also lead and develop a team while ensuring strong financial governance and delivering actionable analysis that supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes for the Air product

  • Partner with business leaders to provide financial guidance and support strategic initiatives

  • Monitor financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and drive corrective action plans

  • Contribute to strategic planning, ensuring strong alignment between financial and business objectives

  • Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with relevant standards

  • Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining business performance and efficiency

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, including FP&A and business partnering

  • Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting frameworks

  • Experience working with systems such as SAP and Cargowise

  • Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across functions

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams

Additional Information

Job type: Full-time
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina
Salary: $180,000 – $190,000*


The stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary and may be adjusted based on market conditions, experience, and location. Final compensation will be discussed directly with the selected candidate(s) in compliance with all applicable laws.
