Role details and how to fit into the team

Join Private Bank Spain Finance as a Senior Finance Business Partner. Support financial planning, performance management and strategic decision-making while working in a matrix environment with senior global and local stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting and reporting for Private Bank Spain
• Manage performance through KPIs, profitability analysis and financial modelling
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate financial data into clear business insights
• Identify risks and ensure robust financial controls across the business
• Support and coordinate local team while collaborating in a multinational environment

Skills

• Strong expertise in financial planning, control, budgeting and forecasting within financial services
• Proven ability to manage performance using KPIs, financial modelling and profitability analysis
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data to C-level stakeholders
• Strong business judgment with the ability to act both as a strategic partner with a commercial mindset and as a challenger
• Know-how of Spain banking industry is a plus
• Fluent Spanish and English, with experience working in international or matrix organizations
