About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Finance Business Partner – Corporate to act as a trusted advisor to ENGIE ANZ Support Function leaders. This role plays a critical part in enabling strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis, strong governance, and commercial challenge.

You will lead corporate planning cycles, oversee financial performance across support functions, and drive cost optimisation initiatives aligned with business priorities. This is a high-impact position requiring strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders across Support Functions to provide strategic financial insight and challenge
  • Lead corporate budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes, ensuring alignment and accuracy
  • Oversee corporate balance sheet and cash flow performance, identifying risks and opportunities
  • Own and manage the corporate cost allocation model, ensuring transparency and consistency
  • Drive cost optimisation and performance improvement initiatives across functions
  • Support finance transformation initiatives, including process ownership within SAP/GET program

About You

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related discipline, with CA/CPA (or equivalent)
  • Significant experience in Finance, FP&A, or Business Partnering roles
  • Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
  • Strong analytical capability, including financial modelling and data interpretation
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making
  • Strong understanding of financial governance, reporting, and controls
  • Advanced Excel and financial systems expertise
  • Commercially minded, with the confidence to challenge constructively
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Results-driven, with a continuous improvement mindset

Location: Melbourne
Salary Range: $180,000 – $194,000
