Your role:

As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be a key part of the Siemens Finance Team of In Italy, contributing to the financial success of the Electrification and Automation Business Unit. Your day-to-day activities will include Financial Controlling, Business Partnering with the Segments and driving improvement initiatives.

  • Managing compliance and ensuring accurate financial metrics.
  • Collaborating with teams to implement AI tools and automation, enabling smarter decisions and efficiencies.
  • Analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and governance standards.
  • Monitoring key metrics, such as revenue, margins, operating expenses, and working capital, to support business objectives.
  • Partnering with Proposal, Product and Execution Team to define start-of-the art financial processes
  • Driving initiatives to improve inventory accuracy, working capital, and governance structures
  • Optimizing Inventory Processes through data-driven insights and transparent reporting
  • Reviewing, optimizing and standardizing finance processes to ensure scalability, sustainability, and efficiency.
  • Implementing AI-driven finance solutions, automation tools, and predictive analytics.
  • Collaborating across teams to integrate innovative technologies and facilitate smarter decision-making.
  • Being a role model in terms of new ways of working and digitalization

What makes you a great match:

Core Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Business Finance, Commercial Finance, or Business Partnering roles.
  • Experience in a product & project driven industrial business environment, sales related or manufacturing related roles with progressive responsibility
  • Fluency in both Italian and English.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and advanced SAP knowledge (preferably S/4HANA).
  • Commitment to inclusiveness and openness as key values.
  • European Work Permit required.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience with inventory management, working capital optimization, or operational finance topics considered a strong plus
  • Demonstrated involvement in process improvement, finance transformation, or digitalization initiatives.

The pay range for this position is 50000€-68000€ annually. The actual offer will be determined within this range, based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
