Are you a commercially astute, qualified Finance professional who thrives on influencing business performance in a complex operational environment? Do you enjoy working alongside senior leaders, turning financial insight into meaningful action, and driving sustainable improvement across manufacturing operations?
We're looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner who combines strong technical expertise with a hands-on, strategic approach. You'll be confident challenging performance, identifying opportunities for cost optimisation and efficiency improvements, and supporting key business decisions through robust financial analysis and modelling.
You may already be operating at a Senior/Finance Business Partner level within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, energy, logistics, construction, or another asset-intensive sector. Experience of turnaround, restructuring, or business recovery environments would be particularly valuable, as would a proven track record of delivering cost reduction, cash generation, and performance improvement initiatives.
Most importantly, you'll be a collaborative and influential leader, capable of building strong relationships across operations and finance, engaging stakeholders at all levels, and helping shape the future direction of a business where your contribution will make a real and visible impact.

As the Senior Finance Business Partner you will provide insightful financial analysis, challenge performance, help improve short and medium-term financial outcomes while supporting longer-term strategy, forecasting, and budgeting, translating complex financial data into actionable business strategies that support our production goals and overall company objectives.

A professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA, CIMA, ACCA) is essential.
