We are looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to support financial performance, planning and decision-making across Ports of Jersey.

This is a senior, high-impact role working closely with budget holders and senior stakeholders to provide clear financial insight, challenge and support across the organisation.

You will play a key role in shaping how Finance supports the business, moving towards more forward-looking insight and performance management.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading financial planning, forecasting and performance management
• Acting as a key finance partner to senior stakeholders across the organisation
• Providing clear financial insight, challenge and support to drive performance
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning
• Leading financial input into business cases and strategic initiatives
• Driving accountability for financial performance across business areas

What We're Looking For

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong experience in finance business partnering, FP&A or management accounting
• Confident working with senior stakeholders and providing challenge
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insight
• Highly organised, with a proactive and outcome-focused approach
• Experience in a complex or multi-stakeholder environment is desirable but not essential
