Job Description

We are seeking for Sr. Finance Analyst for Korea Accounting and Oracle Project who can support day-to-day accounting operations for Korea while providing project support for the Japan Oracle implementation during a 6–9-month contract This role ensures business continuity during maternity leave coverage while contributing to regional finance transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities for the Korea entity, including:
    • AP, AR, GL
    • Month-end close support
    • Journal entries
    • Financial reporting support
  • Provide backup support for Korea Finance operations during maternity leave coverage.
  • Support the Japan Oracle implementation, including
    • UAT testing
    • Process validation
    • Data validation
    • User support
    • Go-live activities
  • Work closely with regional Finance, IT, business stakeholders, and external consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Assist with ad hoc finance and accounting projects as required.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Accounting or Finance experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience in full-cycle accounting and month-end closing.
  • Oracle ERP (or other ERP) implementation experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience with UAT, process testing, or finance system implementation is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a regional, fast-paced environment.
  • Business English communication skills.
