Job Description:

The Treasury Policy & Advocacy (“TP&A”) Senior Analyst supports the team’s efforts in [a] advocating Bank of America’s priorities on Treasury-related regulations, including regulatory capital liquidity, and funding; [b] preparing summary materials for key stakeholders, including senior management, on regulatory developments, advocacy topics and potential impact; and [c] providing internal interpretation on capital and liquidity regulations. Additionally, the Senior Analyst is responsible for reviewing policy interpretations and ensuring our processes are both well-governed and efficient.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring proposed regulations that impact capital and liquidity management at BAC
  • Review policy interpretations to ensure compliance with documented processes and relevant rulemaking changes
  • Ensure our processes are well controlled, documented, and efficient
  • Drafting briefing memos and presentations for engagement with regulators and industry trade groups
  • Attending external industry meetings and taking detailed and comprehensive notes for leadership
  • Focus on operational excellence, automation and AI adoption
