Why This Role Matters

The Senior Finance Analyst will work with the Global FBP, Infrastructure to drive the continuous improvement and development of high quality business partnering, management information and insight across the organisation.

The role is a multi-functional role primarily focused on business partnering with the Global Client Engagement Function. In addition, there will be the need to work closely with the Global FBP for some of the Art Departments to provide financial support for auctions taking place in New York A strong commercial mindset, relevant commercial experience, strong attention to detail, comfortable handling sensitive information, combined with strong stakeholder management skills are all key qualities for this role.

How You Will Make An Impact

Core Responsibilities

  • Ownership of the Global Client Engagement Function and Regional consolidation from a Finance Business Partner perspective

  • Ownership of relevant Financial Planning, Analysis & Reporting for Client Engagement and regional consolidation from a Finance Business partnering perspective

  • On the ground ‘point person’ for broader Infrastructure queries and support for Art Departments.

  • Ownership of Budget and Forecasting processes for Client Engagement, Regional consolidation and relevant Art Department auctions and key overheads.

  • Maintain an accurate view of forthcoming specified auctions to track gathering, any Forecast updates and the financial results with commentary.

  • Effective Stakeholder Management and business partner at all levels of the company namely the Regional Presidents and their relevant Offices.

  • Provide value adding financial insight to key stakeholders through ad-hoc requests and pro-active analysis.

  • Improve the quality of and streamlining reporting.

  • Drive for best practice, effective and streamlined reporting across Commercial Finance.

  • Good knowledge of Hyperion Planning or similar management information systems and JDE would be an advantage.

Compensation Range

Salary: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00
