Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function.
• Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.

Preferred qualifications

• MBA, relevant Master's degree or professional qualification.
• Experience leading large-scale process or system transformations within a complex multinational financial environment.
• Experience in full-cycle FP&A (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis) with a strong grasp of P&L mechanics and resource allocation strategy.
• Experience working within a SAP environment and integrating modern SaaS financial tools.
• Ability to influence and interact with executive stakeholders, acting as an objective advisor in high-pressure environments.
• Strong skills in AI/ML application for finance, SQL, and advanced data modeling to generate actionable insights and automate workflows.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $141000 - $205000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of AI and machine learning tools to automate driver-based cost allocations, reducing manual overhead and increasing the precision of corporate spend splits.
• Drive the end-to-end redesign of horizontal allocation workflows, ensuring they are compliant, operational, and scalable within a SAP and cloud-native environment.
• Ensure all automated and redesigned models accurately reflect underlying business realities, margin profiles, and accounting governance without creating blind spots.
• Partner with Corporate Accounting, Corporate Engineering, and the FP&A Hub to solve complex financial challenges, bringing a unique cross-domain perspective to resource allocation.
• Act as a multiplier within HSS by sharing best practices, demonstrating AI-assisted analytical workflows, and upskilling peers on modern tools.
