What you will do
The Senior FP&A Analyst is responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting forecasting and planning cycles, developing analytical models, and preparing materials for leadership business reviews. The role will support key growth initiatives, provide business‑focused insights, and strengthen financial governance— without managerial duties or strategic ownership held by Manager‑level roles.
How you will do it
Financial Reporting & Insights
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports including P&L, Cash Flow, Trade Working Capital, and key performance KPIs.
- Analyze performance trends across revenue, margin, costs, and operating expenses to identify drivers and variances.
- Ensure accuracy of financial information and support compliance with internal policies and controls (aligned with Manager‑level responsibilities but executed at an analyst level).
Forecasting, Budgeting & Planning
- Support preparation and loading of annual financial plans (Opex, Capex), quarterly forecasts, monthly outlooks, and pulse submissions.
- Conduct risk & opportunity analysis to support recommendations to the FP&A Manager and Director. (Adapted below manager requirement)
- Maintain alignment of ERP–OneStream mappings and ensure data consistency.
Business Partnering & Decision Support
- Support business reviews by preparing decks, dashboards, and analytical content for Growth Vectors leadership.
- Provide ad‑hoc analysis on commercial initiatives, pricing, investments, and operational performance. (Analyst contribution vs. Manager ownership)
- Collaborate with commercial, operational, and FP&A teams across EMEALA to consolidate information and drive standardization.
Process & Systems Excellence
- Develop, standardize, and automate reporting leveraging Power BI and other BI tools.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of FP&A processes and reporting systems.
- Support implementation of financial best practices across planning and reporting cycles.
Controls, Compliance & Governance
- Follow established finance procedures and ensure proper documentation, accuracy, and data integrity.
- Support internal control and audit requirements through accurate and timely reporting
What we look for
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or similar finance roles
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with BI tools (Power BI strongly preferred).
- Working knowledge of SAP, JDE, iScala, Oracle or similar ERP systems.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred
- Professional qualifications or progress toward ACCA, CPA, CMA.
- Experience with OneStream is a plus.
- SQL/DAX or advanced data‑modelling skills highly desirable.
- Experience in multinational corporate environments, ideally across EMEA.
Our salary and benefits
The initial basic salary for this position will be in the range of €2430 – €3807 per month, plus a 13th month salary applied after your first 6 months in the job.
