Job Description

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

The Sr Financial analyst could be handling any of the responsibilities below:

  • Perform pre‑approval and post‑approval audits for T&E and P‑Card transactions in Concur, Coupa, and Oversight, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

  • Respond to and resolve Global ServiceNow tickets related to T&E and card administration.

  • Support global card administration, including new applications, approvals, account maintenance, credit‑limit changes, role changes, leave‑of‑absence updates, UARA compliance, and periodic attestations.

  • Participate in month‑end close activities, including preparation of global account reconciliations and monthly corporate card payments.

  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial and operational reports.

  • Provide backup support to the Supervisor when required.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in implementation initiatives.

  • Support and mentor team members to build capability across the department.

  • Assist with system testing, internal control activities, and audit requirements.

  • Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ensure adherence to Global T&E Policy and Global Spend Guidance.

  • Maintain and update user manuals and training materials.

  • Monitor and resolve problematic invoices monthly, working with business users to reduce reoccurring issues.

  • Manage timely escalation of issues as needed.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

FORMAL EDUCATION

Required:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelors Degree

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • At least three years of relevant experience, preferably in a Shared Services environment.

  • Experience supporting global Travel & Expense processes under established controls.

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail; able to meet tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office suite.

  • Strong command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

  • Good communication skills, resourcefulness, and ability to work independently.

  • Demonstrated teamwork, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

a. Required:

  • Experience with accounting systems
  • Resourceful and with good problem solving skills
  • Strong problem- solving and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)

b. Preferred:

  • Experience working in Oracle work environment.
