We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Field Service Engineer to join our team in the west region. This role involves traveling to hospitals and healthcare facilities to perform audits, maintenance, and repairs on medical devices, specifically Integra products. The Engineer will also be responsible for training customers on proper device usage, managing service contracts, and ensuring equipment is maintained in optimal condition.
Key Responsibilities:
Special Tasks: Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed, including project-based tasks. These tasks are temporary and do not constitute a claim for a higher position or financial compensation.
Supervision: This position will report to the Manager, Service & Repair.
Qualifications & Experience:
Business Travel: This position requires frequent travel to hospitals and other customer sites within the region. Travel will be undertaken using cars, flights, and public transport, and will be compensated by company. If overnight stays are required, accommodation and related expenses will be covered by the company. Employees are expected to adhere to the company's Travel Expense Policy.
