This is a regional role, and we are looking for candidates based in theDubbo area.
A bit about your role
As part of a field service team, you’ll discover a diverse and dynamic workplace where no two days are alike. In your day-to-day work, you’ll be the backbone that keeps Australia connected, delivering end-to-end service to homes and businesses across the nation. From installation to repair and maintenance, you’ll see the impact of your work in real time with every satisfied customer. You’ll collaborate with a supportive and inclusive team, with opportunities for coaching, mentorship and career progression at every step.
A bit about you
To thrive in this role, you’ll be an autonomous and motivated self-starter, with extensive experience in copper and fibre network assurance fault finding and installs. You’ll have an appetite to embrace a complex industry while learning and developing on the job.
Ideal candidates for this role will have:
AnACMA license, preferably with aCert III or Cert IV in Telecommunications
FTTN and FTTP experience is a must
At least 5 years’ experience in Telecommunications Networks
A dedication to customer service, delivering solutions with integrity and a smile every day

Comfortability working to tight deadlines

Availability to work required hours within the 7am - 7pm timeslot and travel to areas of work away from your nominal place of residence where required
