Job Description

The Senior Field Services Operations Systems & Digital Process Manager is a senior individual contributor responsible for architecting, implementing, and sustaining complex operational systems, workflows, and reporting solutions supporting Field Services execution. This role provides enterprise‑level leadership across SIOP, Staffing, Training, PLM, and Product Lines by driving system standardization, automation, data integrity, and continuous improvement. The role operates with high autonomy and serves as a trusted subject matter expert and advisor to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Systems & Workflow Ownership

  • Own the design, deployment, and governance of enterprise workflows supporting procedure handling, approvals, onboarding/offboarding, escalation, and role alignment.
  • Lead development of an end‑to‑end procedure handling system across checkout, PARs, approvals, and completion.
  • Act as primary Process Owner and SME for workflow platforms supporting Field Services operations.

Reporting, Analytics & Digital Enablement

  • Lead the transition of manual and Excel‑based operational and staffing reports into Tableau‑based dashboards.
  • Develop leadership dashboards providing visibility into approvals, revisions, staffing, evaluations, and execution readiness.
  • Design and maintain ISI and SIOP‑aligned reporting based on stakeholder and leadership requirements.
  • Partner cross‑functionally to automate and modernize high‑impact operational reports.

SIOP & NSD Leadership

  • Serve as NSD Subject Matter Expert, including ownership of data accuracy, resource management, experience sheets, and system cleanup.
  • Drive SIOP data entry, alignment, governance, and reporting across product lines.
  • Identify systemic SIOP gaps and lead improvement efforts through tools, reporting, and process changes.

Operational Process Improvement

  • Lead continuous improvement digital initiatives including:
    • Shift Turnover, Outage Reporting, and Logbook modernization.
    • In‑Processing and onboarding process optimization.
    • Fuel Movement GAP Analysis tool development and sustainment.
  • Transition staffing and workforce tracking from Smartsheet to SharePoint to enable P6 integration, improve data integrity, and reduce manual effort.
  • Consolidate and govern historical and current project documentation repositories.

PLM & Documentation Governance

  • Own PLM setup, structure, and support for Services projects.
  • Ensure verification of project documentation completeness and quality.
  • Maintain governance of templates, version control, and documentation standards.
  • Lead the process for tooling procedures, CPs, and WIs.

Cross‑Functional Leadership & Support

  • Serve as senior liaison between Field Services Product Lines, Staffing, Training, WFSC, and Outage execution teams.
  • Lead user training, change management, and adoption of new systems and workflows.
  • Provide expert‑level user support for Tableau, PLM, NSD, P6, workflows, and templates.
  • Perform quality checks on data, evaluations, procedures, and reporting outputs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digitial Analytics or similar, OR 7 years of equivalent experience.
  • 6 years' experience in services operations, systems implementation, workflow design, and process improvement.

Desired Characteristics

  • Strong systems thinking and problem‑solving capability.
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated expertise with Tableau, Excel, SharePoint, PLM, NSD, P6 and SIOP‑aligned reporting.
  • Ability to translate operational gaps into scalable digital solutions.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and execution discipline.
  • Effective communicator with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Experience leading change management and user adoption.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $104,200.00 and $173,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
