π What You'll Be Doing
Perform field service work safely and efficiently at customer locations
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and diesel equipment issues
Complete preventive maintenance and repair activities
Manage parts inventory and equipment readiness
Identify and proactively address potential safety concerns involving company and customer-owned equipment
Provide technical support and recommendations to customers
Document service work, findings, and corrective actions
Utilize critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to resolve equipment and operational challenges
Communicate technical information clearly to customers and internal teams
Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with team members

You'll serve as the face of our organization in the field, helping customers maintain critical equipment and operations. Your technical expertise, customer service mindset, and ability to solve problems quickly will directly contribute to customer success and satisfaction.
π― What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to obtain a CDL Class A or B with applicable endorsements
Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
Ability to obtain customer-required clearances such as TWIC, DISA, and others as needed
Clean driving record
Experience working directly with customers
Experience using Microsoft Office and smart devices
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
Preferred Qualifications
2-5 years of technical field service, industrial maintenance, or commercial process water experience
Industry-specific certifications or licenses
Experience with mechanical, electrical, diesel, or fusion equipment and systems

Travel required
Approximately 20% to 80% travel, depending on business unit and location
Overnight travel may be required
