MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Field Service Representative to join our vehicle sustainment team in Trezbian, Poland. The selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to CROWS systems globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Technical support of complex U.S. military ground systems, specifically CROWS
• Plans, directs, coordinates and manages the maintenance and training operations for assigned TDL organizations.
• Support field-level maintenance and readiness actions; advise units on corrective actions and assist with parts identification/ordering. Deliver CROWS operator and maintainer training Coordinate with supported units,
• Comply with applicable technical manuals, safety standards, and reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain course curriculum, training modules, and instructional materials.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A minimum of 9 years of relevant experience.
• Experience on CROWS systems
• Experience in the application of industry or military standard troubleshooting procedures to localize and isolate faulty system components.
• Proficient with a variety of hand tools, diagnostic tools, power tools, multi-meters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and welding.
• Experience in technical support of U.S Military CROWS systems.
• Experience effectively applying industry or military standard troubleshooting procedures to localize and isolate faulty system components.
• Must hold a current and active passport, ensuring a minimum of one year of validity from start date and the ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening.
• Bachelors and must possess a Valid Driver’s License for the location in which the work will be performed. Experience can be substituted for Education.
• TRADOC approved Army Instructor training course (Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC),

Desired Qualifications:

• Willingness to travel to various US or OCONUS locations.
• Experience on CROWS Training and troubleshooting

Clearance Requirements:

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance prior to starting this position.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel.
• Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
• Must be able to work in high noise areas.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs and small parts.
• Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard.

The projected compensation range for this position is $44,500.00-$74,900.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
