MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Field Service Representative to join our vehicle sustainment team in Trezbian, Poland The selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provides technical support of complex U.S. military ground systems.
Plans, directs, coordinates and manages the maintenance operations for assigned TDL organizations.
Maintenance support includes operations, system troubleshooting, engineering, design, installation, analysis, maintenance and repair of U.S. systems and subsystems to component level.
Effectively applies industry or military standard troubleshooting procedures to localize and isolate faulty system components.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Maintenance personnel shall have a minimum of a High School Diploma and 6 years’ experience in maintenance operations, including performance of maintenance and repair of commercial or military equipment.
Willingness to travel to mission locations within the United States, Europe and Pacific region on an as needed basis and work 40+ hours on missions that will vary in length.
Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening; must possess a Valid Driver’s License for the location in which the work will be performed, a High School Diploma or GED, and a U.S. Passport valid for at least two years beyond the start date.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with commercial and military aviation ground support equipment.
Clearance Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance prior to starting this position.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel.
Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
Must be able to work in high noise areas.
Must be able to lift 50lbs and small parts.
Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard.
