Job Description

CPESG | WK Audit & Assurance is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Field Sales Manager to manage strategic client accounts and drive business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of sales strategy, account management, and client relationship development within a professional services environment. The ideal candidate will excel in negotiating complex deals, identifying market opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that support client success and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key and high-value client accounts.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Negotiate complex contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
  • Identify client needs and provide customized Audit & Assurance service solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Track sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Lead or support sales initiatives, projects, and mentoring activities within the team.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and field visits to strengthen partnerships.
  • Drive long-term account growth through proactive business development strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in field sales, business development, or account management.
  • Strong expertise in strategic sales planning and execution.
  • Advanced negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage large accounts and complex sales cycles effectively.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with attention to detail.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Understanding of Audit/Risk/Compliance services or professional services environments is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience managing business in one or more of the following countries would be preferred: Qatar, the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Jordan.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
