
In this role, you will help empower our Field Sales Force to deliver outstanding execution across the retail landscape. By turning data into insights, coordinating key processes, and ensuring seamless collaboration, you will play a vital part in how our brand comes to life at the point of sale – creating meaningful experiences for customers across all channels!
Please note:This position will be based in our LEGO® Sales Office inGrasbrunnand will follow a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and up to 2 days remotely. Relocation support is not offered.

Core Responsibilities
Leads the setup, development, and continuous optimization of the Retail Excellence Hub DACH, including structure, governance, and ways of working
Owns the DACH Field Sales performance framework (critical metrics, tracking, insights) and delivers actionable recommendations to drive business decisions
Acts as a strong leader and trusted partner to Field Sales Leadership, driving alignment,facilitatingperformance reviews, and ensuring execution of strategic priorities
Serves as the central interface across Field Sales, Trade Marketing, Key Account Management, Marketing, and Operations to ensure transparency and cross-functional alignment
Defines and drives the tool and data strategy (e.g., CRM, dashboards), ensuring high data quality, usability, and adoption in decision-making
Establishes and continuously improves retail excellence standards, SOPs, and playbooks, while managing backlog prioritization and resource planning

Our Field Sales organization in the DACH region consists of two strong pillars: The Field Account Managers– our Sales Force in the field, directly engaging with retailers to drive execution and brand presence at the point of sale. The Retail Excellence Hub– our back-office team, providing operational leadership, tools, and insights to ensure executional excellence across all channels. Together, these teams ensure that our strategies are brought to life in the retail landscape – from brick-and-mortar to online – and that our brands are implemented with impact and consistency. As a SeniorField Sales Excellence Manager, you will be leading the Hub, supporting the Field Sales Force by planning, tracking, and analyzing execution. In close collaboration with Field Account Management, Key Account Management, and Marketing, you will help drive flawless processes,provideactionable insights, and contribute to overall business growth.
Do you have what it takes
Proven experience in Field Sales, Sales Excellence, Commercial Excellence, or a related function within FMCG or a comparable industry
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior Field Sales leaders and drive cross-functional alignment
Demonstratedexpertisein performance management, including metric frameworks, dashboarding, and translating data into actionable business insights
Advanced analytical and data literacy skills, including hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g.,Aforza), BI/reporting tools, and MS Excel
Experience in building,optimizing, and standardizing processes (e.g., SOPs, playbooks) to drive executional excellence in the field
Strong project and change management capabilities, including prioritization, resource planning, and driving adoption of new tools and ways of working
Fluent German and English language skills
