Job Description

Job Responsibilities: 
  • Directly interface with Customer Supplier Quality Engineers to collaborate on PI product quality topics
  • Assist PI Sales team in on customer quality matters
  • Lead 8D investigations into quality issues affecting customers in region
  • Obtain failure analysis data and results and prepare final customer facing 8D reports (English and or Mandarin)
  • Support customer PPAP and documentation requests
  • Facilitate and manage problem resolution with support from Engineering teams in company headquarters
  • Visit customers as necessary to resolve customer satisfaction issues arising from product quality issues.
  • Direct experience in automotive skillsets /customer interface on resolution of integrated circuit quality problems.
  • Direct Experience managing 8D investigations and creating 8D reports 
  • Manage customer quality issues in a manner that helps improve customer’s perception of company’s quality.
  • Business level language proficiency in Mandarin and English
Qualifications: 
  • B.S. degree in electrical engineering, Candidates with MSEE will be given preference.
  • Minimum 8 years of engineering problem solving experience with semiconductor products
