1. Operate the Air Separation units as prescribed by the Work Instruction Procedures · Provide Operations support & guidance during the commissioning of the plants. Maintain accurate document control and monitor quality assurance initiatives.
2. Provide Operations guidance to ensure safety, reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, and controls.
3. Report shift production progress and plant status to the Shift Supervisor.
4. Operate the facility insuring Environmental and Regulatory requirements are not exceeded.
5· Assist in the commissioning activities of the facility.
6. Execute other duties as assigned from reporting managers in a timely and efficient manner
7· Report shifts production progress and plant status, providing operational solutions for shortfall areas.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in chemical process operations or a 2-year technical school certificate in Plant Process Operations.
2. Experience in process plant operation and have more than 5 years plant operations experience.
3. Knowledgeable in the local environmental and health and safety requirements.
4. A strong commitment to employee involvement, team building and diversity.
5. Able to communicate between operations and maintenance teams.
