What You’ll Do as a Senior Field Application Engineer at Arteris
Join our innovative team and help shape the future of semiconductor technology, specifically system-on-chip (SoC) and chiplets. In this role, you will contribute to [insert a high-level purpose or function of the role], collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive impact across cutting-edge products and solutions.
As a  Senior Field Application Engineer at Arteris, you will work in a team of application engineers and become an expert in Arteris Network-on-Chip (NoC) technology for the most advanced System-on-Chip (SoC) technology Industry. Your good understanding of digital design, from SoC architecture definition to implementation, your enthusiasm for technology, your creativity, your problem-solving skills, and your communication skills make you a key member of the team. 
Key Responsibilities 
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor for Japanese customers, providing proactive support throughout both pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to understand their SoC design challenges and recommend effective solutions leveraging the company's products and technologies.
  • Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, product management, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful customer adoption and deployment.
  • Assist customers in integrating and optimizing solutions within complex SoC development environments.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by providing feedback to product and engineering teams to help drive future product enhancements.
What You Bring 
  • Strong hands-on experience in System LSI/SoC design, including RTL development, integration, and synthesis.
  • Ability to work effectively with engineering teams and technical stakeholders to solve complex design challenges.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering successful outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in SoC design and integration environments.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive customer engagements independently.
Bonus Points If You Have 
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in front-end System LSI/SoC design, including RTL development through synthesis.
  • Strong understanding of SoC architecture, design methodologies, and semiconductor development flows.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage directly with customers and provide technical guidance and support.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and customer-focused professional with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
