As a Senior Manufacturing Planner in Baden-Baden, you will play a key role in ensuring reliable delivery performance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. Working closely with colleagues across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, and Customer Service, you will have the opportunity to make a visible impact on both day-to-day operations and long-term performance.
Lead the manufacturing planning team and foster a collaborative, high-performing planning environment that supports business goals.
Develop and optimize production and capacity plans to balance customer demand with operational capabilities and ensure reliable delivery performance.
Drive continuous improvement by analyzing planning processes, identifying opportunities, and implementing sustainable solutions.
Identify and mitigate risks early to support stable operations, improve responsiveness, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Leverage data and performance insights to enhance planning effectiveness, support decision-making, and improve operational results.
Experience in manufacturing planning, production planning, or supply chain planning within an industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of capacity planning, production control, and manufacturing processes.
Experience providing functional leadership and effectively collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP and experience using data-driven analysis and reporting tools.
Strong communication skills in German and English
