Client Overview

Our client is a rapidly growing agritech and large-scale livestock operations company focused on developing modern, technology-driven farming ecosystems across Indonesia. The organization operates highly integrated commercial livestock facilities supported by advanced biosecurity systems, automated feedmill infrastructure, centralized operational governance, and modern site-management frameworks designed to maximize productivity and operational stability.

As part of its continued expansion in Sulawesi, the company is strengthening its site leadership structure to ensure efficient coordination across operational, workforce, logistics, maintenance, and general affairs functions. The working environment is highly structured, fast-paced, and operationally demanding, requiring disciplined leadership, strong execution capability, and high ownership at the site level.

Job Role

The Senior Farm Coordinator is a high-ownership field leadership role responsible for overseeing and coordinating day-to-day cross-functional operations within a large-scale livestock farming site. Acting as the central operational liaison on-site, the position manages coordination between Production, Feedmill, Warehouse, HRGA, Maintenance, Security, and Administration teams to ensure smooth operational execution aligned with company SOPs and operational priorities.

This role requires a hands-on operational leader with strong workforce coordination capability, structured problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain discipline, operational efficiency, and communication flow across multiple departments within a remote site environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise daily farm operations across multiple operational and support departments.

  • Lead operational coordination between Production, Feedmill, Warehouse, Maintenance, Security, HRGA, and Administration teams.

  • Support workforce planning, attendance monitoring, onboarding activities, shift scheduling, and employee discipline management together with HR teams.

  • Oversee operational facilities including staff accommodation, utilities, sanitation, canteen operations, transportation, and general affairs infrastructure.

  • Ensure operational documentation, inventory reporting, incident records, and departmental reports are submitted accurately and on time.

  • Monitor inventory movement, stock requests, operational consumables, and internal logistics coordination.

  • Enforce site security protocols, biosecurity procedures, and operational compliance standards throughout the farming area.

  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors related to operational and infrastructure support.

  • Support operational system implementation, digital tracking initiatives, and continuous improvement programs to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.

  • Assist management in monitoring operational KPIs, workforce productivity, and overall site performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in modern farming operations, agritech, poultry, livestock, feedmill, plantation, or other large-scale site-based operational environments.

  • Proven experience handling cross-department coordination, workforce management, vendor coordination, and General Affairs operations.

  • Strong understanding of SOP-driven operational environments and workforce discipline management.

  • Experience working in remote or site-based operational environments is highly preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for operational monitoring and reporting purposes.

  • Strong capability in logistics coordination, inventory control, and operational facility management.

  • Strong leadership presence with high ownership, discipline, and proactive execution mindset.

  • Detail-oriented with strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Basic English communication capability for internal reporting and corporate system usage.
