The Senior Facilities Manager (Technical) is responsible for the strategic and operational management of all facilities-related services at the No.1 Mutualplace campus. The Senior Facilities Manager will lead the delivery of technical maintenance, engineering services, capital projects, contract management, workplace operations, business continuity initiatives, and tenant management to ensure a safe, efficient, compliant, and resilient working environment.

The Senior Facilities Manager will serve as the appointed General Machinery Regulations (GMR 2.7) Responsible Person for the campus, assuming accountability for the safe operation, maintenance, statutory compliance, and governance of all applicable machinery, electrical installations, and engineering systems in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and associated regulations.

The role is accountable for the day-to-day management of building infrastructure, critical engineering systems, service provider performance, and campus operations while ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, operational excellence standards, and customer experience expectations. The position may also be required to provide technical leadership, engineering expertise, and facilities support to other OMLACSA campuses and regional facilities as required.

Minimum Work Experience

  • 7+ years' experience in Facilities Management, Building Operations, Engineering, or Property Management.

  • Minimum 2 years in a senior role.

  • Proven experience managing large corporate campuses or commercial properties.

  • Demonstrated experience managing capital projects and infrastructure upgrades.

  • Strong experience in contract and vendor management.

  • Experience within Financial Services, Corporate Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, or similar regulated environments preferred.

  • Experience managing mixed-use environments including offices, retail tenants, and shared business centres.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in:

    • Mechanical Engineering

    • Electrical Engineering

    • Quantity Surveying

    • Property Management

    • Related Technical Discipline

  • Government Certificate of Competency (GCC Factories)/ studying towards GCC (if passed either LAW/PLANT Exam)
