The Senior Facilities Coordinator – Employee Mobility is responsible for end-to-end transport operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant employee movement. This role oversees vendor management, routing optimization, transport automation systems, and performance tracking to deliver reliable mobility services aligned with organizational policies and service levels.

REQUIREMENTS:

Transport Operations Management

  • Manage daily employee transportation operations, including fleet deployment (~45 cabs) and route planning
  • Act as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for all transport-related activities and escalations
  • Resolve real-time issues related to routing, delays, or service disruptions

Vendor Management & Transition Oversight

  • Lead coordination with transport vendors, including onboarding and transition activities
  • Ensure vendor compliance with contractual obligations, safety standards, and service SLAs
  • Maintain strong working relationships to ensure consistent service delivery

Transport Automation & Routing Efficiency

  • Collaborate with transport automation platform providers (e.g., Routematic) for implementation and enhancements
  • Monitor routing efficiency, optimize seat utilization, and ensure adherence to company transport policies
  • Handle system-related exceptions, user concerns, and operational escalations

Billing & Performance Tracking

  • Validate vendor invoices against trip data, attendance, and contractual terms
  • Track and report key transport metrics such as On-Time Arrival (OTA), utilization, and delays
  • Generate periodic MIS reports and insights to support operational reviews and decision-making

Compliance & Service Quality

  • Ensure adherence to transport policies, safety norms, and audit requirements
  • Continuously monitor service quality and drive improvements in efficiency and employee experience
  • Identify risks and implement corrective/preventive actions
