A young and rapidly growing casino affiliate company is looking for an experienced Senior Meta Campaign Manager with a strong background in E-commerce and performance marketing, capable of managing and scaling high-budget campaigns.

Responsibilities:

You will take full ownership of large-scale Meta campaigns - from strategy and campaign setup to daily optimization, creative testing, performance analysis and scaling.

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, highly analytical and experienced in managing significant budgets and driving measurable results at scale.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta/Facebook Ads campaigns within the E-commerce vertical
• Proven experience personally managing $1M+ monthly Meta ad spend
• Deep experience in campaign scaling and optimization
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CVR, CTR, CPM and AOV
• Extensive experience with creative testing and identifying winning concepts
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, CAPI, tracking and attribution
• Highly analytical, data-driven and performance-oriented
• Ability to independently manage multiple high-spend accounts
