Parsons Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experiencedSenior Façade Engineer This key role requires in-depth expertise in complex façade systems, including curtain walls, cladding, and glazing. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong track record in leading large-scale façade projects and delivering innovative, sustainable, and technically robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership:

  • Provide technical leadership and oversight for all façade engineering activities, ensuring adherence to industry standards, codes, and project specifications.

  • Lead the development of innovative façade solutions, considering factors such as aesthetics, energy efficiency, and durability.

  • Oversee the design, review, and approval of engineering deliverables, including drawings, specifications, and calculations.

• Project Management:

  • Manage the façade engineering team, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables.

  • Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, construction teams, and client representatives to ensure seamless integration of façade systems.

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Quality Assurance:

  • Implement rigorous quality control procedures to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.

  • Conduct regular quality audits and reviews to identify and address potential issues.

  • Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the façade engineering team.

• Client Relations:

  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating project status, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Represent Parsons at project meetings and presentations, demonstrating technical expertise and leadership skills.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in façade engineering, with landscape works support a high-quality public realm.

• Proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

• In-depth knowledge of façade design standards, codes, and regulations, including AISC, AISI, and local codes.

• Experience with structural analysis software and other advanced engineering tools.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
