
Responsibilities
Build and foster good relations with various stakeholder groups including Legislative and District Councillors, community and political stakeholders to enhance their understanding of the Corporation’s business
Attend District Council meetings, organise engagement events, assist in preparing Legislative Council/District Council papers and presentation materials as well as support publicity and community outreach initiatives
Review requests for support, handle enquiries and complaints from relevant stakeholders
Requirements
Degree in Political Science / Journalism / Communications or a related discipline
A minimum of 3 years’ experience, preferably in journalism, public relations, community affairs or political engagement
Excellent communication, interpersonal,organisation and analytical skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Remarks
Required to work outside office hours or take up media on-call duties when necessary
