Job Title: Senior Exterior Designer
Department: Exterior Design
Location: Shanghai, China
What you will do:
• Develop compelling, forward-thinking design solutions and product innovations for both automotive exterior and interior programs.
• Generate original, visionary ideas that challenge convention and push the boundaries of future mobility.
• Execute design work using both traditional sketching and advanced digital tools (2D and 3D), from early concept through to production phases.
• Take ownership of design projects, driving the team to deliver high-quality outcomes with strong attention to timelines and execution.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams throughout all stages of the design development process, ensuring feasibility and integration.
• Create and present visually impactful, artistic design presentations to senior management and stakeholders.

职位要求

What you will bring:
• 7+ years of professional experience in automotive exterior design, with a strong portfolio of production and concept work.
• Advanced 2D and 3D digital design skills, with significant hands-on experience in both exterior and interior automotive design.
• Strong ability to think and design in three dimensions, with excellent sensitivity to proportion, form, and visual balance.
• Deep understanding of form development, surface sophistication, and graphic clarity.
• Proven experience translating cultural and market insights into emotionally resonant design solutions.
• Solid track record of working on both concept and production vehicle programs.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Transportation Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
