The Aurenne Group is a private company who acquired the historic Mt Ida - Bottle Creek gold field, 80 km west of Menzies in 2019.

As a private company our family owners recognise the most important building block to success lies in the strength of the ‘Team’ and building one that shares the owner's vision to be different is paramount. Sure, the mining industry is strong in Western Australia – but finding the right people fit is no easy task.

We’re not a listed company on the ASX grabbing headlines to satisfy the latest market trends. Our management have no share price to cause sleepless nights. Neither are we an exploration junior that’s perennially underfunded and always struggling for the next dollar. You will not find us in the media pages attempting to convince others of the strength of our business – that’s just not us. Self-promotion is not part of our DNA. We hope we’re more than that.

***This position is available only to permanent Australian residents or applicants who hold the relevant Visa with authority to work in Australia. Please ensure this information is clearly stated on your application. ***.

About Aurenne Group Mining

Established in 2018, The Aurenne Group is a privately owned gold exploration & mining company whose focus is on select gold projects determined to be worthy of Aurenne's time and capital.

Being a relatively new entrant into the Gold Mining Industry, Aurenne is consistently & carefully building both its human and physical resources.

Aurenne has a highly stable financial structure to drive its expansion & endeavours at all times to conduct itself with the highest level of innovation & integrity. The project has entered the construction phase to establish a 1.2 mtpa CIL gold plant by April next year. Mining operations will commence in October this year.

As a company, Aurenne will let the strength of its reputation speak to the quality of its business and Team. Being apart of the ‘Team’ is a key component of the work experience. Accordingly, Aurenne provides it's Team with the tools they need to succeed - whether it be new equipment for new projects, it's own airstrip to facilitate easy site access, or the construction of it's new Forest Cabin Village at Mt. Ida - which is truly second to none.

The Aurenne Group is is now seeking suitably qualified, experienced and enthusiastic people to join the Team. Aurenne is always conscious of the need to focus on its people as the key to being successful – so we take a different approach. Unlike other companies that focus simply on the 1 day a month they pay their staff, at Aurenne we focus just as much on the other 29 days. With the new Mt. Ida project underway, we are actively seeking those that want to be different. This is the "Aurenne Difference."
