Join our Organizational Development team as a Senior Expert Organizational Development & Job Architecture (x|f|m) and play a key role in shaping how work is organized across Sartorius. Senior Expert Organizational Development & Job Architecture (x|f|m), you will have the opportunity to contribute to how a global life science company organizes work, defines roles and enables collaboration at scale. Working on topics ranging from job architecture and role design to organizational diagnostics and effective ways of working, you will help create the organizational foundations that support our continued growth and innovation. Through your work, you will help strengthen collaboration, organizational effectiveness and sustainable business performance while contributing to better health for more people. This role is ideal for an experienced Organizational Development, Organization Effectiveness, Job Architecture or Organizational Consulting professional who enjoys solving complex organizational challenges through structured analysis, stakeholder engagement and practical solutions.

Grow With Us – Your Responsibilities

• Shape and continuously evolve Sartorius’ global job architecture, career frameworks and role standards to support workforce mobility and organizational consistency
• Analyze organizational interfaces, decision accountabilities and ways of working to strengthen collaboration and accelerate the delivery of critical business processes
• Apply job evaluation methodologies and conduct role assessments to support consistent and informed organizational investment decisions
• Enhance organizational development methodologies, governance principles and implementation approaches by integrating best practices and continuous improvement principles
• Assess organizational changes and organization design proposals through structured diagnostics and impact analyses to support sustainable and effective implementation

What Will Convince Us

• Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline
• Several years of experience in Organizational Development, Organization Effectiveness, Organizational Consulting or a related field within complex organizations
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving
• Ability to translate complex organizational challenges into pragmatic and sustainable solutions
• Proven ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders in a global matrix environment
• Fluent English skills
