Ihre Aufgaben

  • Koordination der relevanten ILS-Leistungen in anspruchsvollen Angebotsprozessen und Projekten
  • Eigenverantwortliche Leistungserbringung in anspruchsvollen Projekten (in Zeit, Budget und Qualität)
  • Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der ILS-Arbeitsprozesse
  • Fachspezifische Unterstützung beim strategischen Ausbau von ILS-Leistungen
  • Fachlich / technische Vertriebsunterstützung
  • Unterstützung in der Aufwands-/Kostenschätzung von ILS-Leistungen für interne und externe Bedarfsträger
  • Fachliche Qualitätssicherung der internen und externen ILS-Leistungserbringung

Ihr Profil

  • Einschlägiges Hochschulstudium (HS oder Uni) oder techniche Ausbildung mit Abschluss oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (> 5 Jahre)
  • Fundiertes Spezialwissen im Fachgebiet ILS, insbesondere Ersatzteildokumentation nach ASD Spec. S2000M sowie Systemmodellierung
  • Fundiertes Spezialwissen im Zusammenwirken der ASD-Datenwelt und dem ERP-System der Bundeswehr (SASPF)
  • Erfahrung in der Anwendung bundeswehrspezifischer Vorgaben bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Ersatzteilkatalogen
  • Fundiertes Domänenwissen im Hinblick auf den Beschaffungsprozess der Bundeswehr (PBN) sowie die Aufbau- und Ablauforganisation des BAAINBw
  • Erfahrungen im Umfeld Requirements Engineering
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse Wort und Schrift (mind. Level B1)
  • Kenntnis der Prozesse, Methoden und Werkzeuge für die Erstellung und Pflege von Ersatzteildokumentationen
