  • Bring platform expertise and relevant trends into content and campaign development, working closely with content and talent leads.
  • Use performance insights to refine campaigns and guide testing, together with the reporting lead.
  • Help develop and implement global social media guidelines, sharing learnings across agencies and markets.

Why we’re excited about you. Your profile.

  • Demonstrated ability to connect creative execution with media strategy to drive brand and business results.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, markets, and agency partners.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Self-confident, independent decision-maker and problem-solver who is also a team player.

We give it our all. Your benefits.

  • Attractive salary, 13th salary with the option to convert it into additional time off.
  • Annual budget of €1,080 for Fielmann products for you and your family.
  • Employee shares, capital-forming benefits and many additional perks.
  • Flexible working hours and up to 60% remote work per month upon agreement with your team.
  • Professional and personal development at the Fielmann Academy at Schloss Plön.
