Your contribution:

• You serve as the primary interface for the customer across all agreed services, acting as a dedicated advocate to ensure their needs are met
• You ensure the customer delivers on all commitments while aligning these requirements with the Head of Planning and various production streams
• You act as the central point of contact for commercial and legal agreements, coordinating with Sales or Contract Management as necessary
• You manage the alignment of targets, forecasts, and escalations between internal production lines and the customer
• You take responsibility for preparing steering committee presentations and maintaining high-level project visibility
• You oversee data consistency between the customer and Vantage Towers, coordinating closely with the PMO
• You support the Sales team in strategic discussions and negotiations with Vodafone

What makes you stand out:

• A successfully completed university degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 10 years of professional experience within the telecommunications industry or related sectors such as finance, strategy, or consulting
• Proven expertise in Customer Delivery, Service Delivery, or complex project management
• Demonstrated experience managing complex data sets and ensuring data integrity
• Ideally a background in strategy, business development, or strategic key account management within the telco sector
• A high sense of responsibility with the ability to simplify and present complex topics in an engaging manner
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken at a C1 level
