Over de functie
Als (Senior) Expert CAR/AVB ben jij dé specialist in verzekeringsschades binnen bouwprojecten Je combineert je technische kennis van bouw en infra met inzicht in verzekeringspolissen en aansprakelijkheid Je onderzoekt complexe schadegevallen, beoordeelt de dekking en adviseert zowel verzekeraars als aannemers over oplossingen en herstelmaatregelen.
In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
Het analyseren en beoordelen van schades tijdens bouwprojecten (CAR)
Het onderzoeken van aansprakelijkheidskwesties (AVB)
Het opstellen van deskundige rapportages en adviezen
Afstemming met verzekeraars, aannemers en andere stakeholders
Begeleiden van complexe dossiers (voor senior niveau)
Wat wij vragen
Een afgeronde technische of bouwkundige opleiding
Aantoonbare ervaring in CAR en/of AVB schades
Kennis van bouwprocessen en materialen
Analytisch sterk en een praktische aanpak
Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
Voor senior niveau: ervaring met complexe dossiers en advisering

Je bent een praktisch ingestelde specialist met oog voor detail en een brede interesse in technische en juridische aspecten van bouwschades Je vindt het leuk om samen te werken met verschillende stakeholders en durft duidelijke adviezen te geven, ook in complexe situaties.
